Is Peachy a medical app?

No. Peachy is a wellness companion — not Software-as-Medical-Device. It's designed to help you notice patterns and build small, sustainable practices, but it never diagnoses, scores against clinical thresholds, or replaces human care. Strengths-first framing, hedged language, and crisis routing are core to how it's built.

How is this different from Headspace, Calm, or Daylio?

Those are great at one slice — meditation libraries or single-feature mood loggers. Peachy weaves mood, journal, sleep, movement, and gentle check-ins into one picture, with an AI companion grounded in your own data. Less content to consume. More self to come home to.

Is The Peachy Life free?

Yes — the core app is free to download and use. Mood tracking, journaling, AI chat, and biometric sync are all included. We may offer optional premium features in future for things like richer weekly insight reports, but the core companion stays free.

Which devices does it work with?

The Peachy Life is coming to iOS and Android. For biometrics, we integrate with Apple Health (iPhone), Google Health Connect (Android), and Garmin Connect (both platforms). You don't need a wearable to use the app.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties or used for advertising. You can export all your data or delete your account from Settings — no support ticket required. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

What happens in a crisis?

Crisis support is always one tap away — never gated, never collapsed behind a paywall. Region-aware resources for Australia, the UK, and the US live in the app and on this site. Peachy is a self-care tool, not a crisis service: please also reach out to a person.

Do I need wearables to use it?

Not at all. Wearables enrich the experience by adding sleep, heart rate, and activity data — but the app works beautifully with just mood check-ins and journaling. You can add device integration anytime.

What makes Peachy different?
