The four promises
One picture, not seven apps
Mood, journal themes, sleep, movement, and gentle check-ins — woven into one picture. No swivel-chair across five apps, no spreadsheet of yourself.
A companion that listens
Thoughtful, pattern-aware conversations rooted in positive psychology and CBT — drawing on your actual mood and journal themes, never pretending to be a clinician.
"Your responses suggest movement and journaling are pairing well this week."
Strengths-first, always
No diagnostic labels. No clinical-sounding scores. Hedged language on outcomes — because growth isn't a metric, and you aren't a problem to fix.
No personality types. No DSM labels. No "you have X."
Privacy by design
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold. Never used to train ad models. Export everything or delete your account from Settings — no support ticket required.
How it works
Daily check-ins feed the weekly pulse, which feeds longer reflections, which feed the AI synthesis. Each loop runs at its own pace — never urgent, always there.
Today
A 30-second mood check-in. Optional journal note, food log, or movement tag. Wearable data syncs quietly in the background.
Sunday
A short wellbeing check-in — five questions, about thirty seconds. Strengths-framed result, never a clinical score.
Every ~90 days
Optional deeper reflection — a richer set of check-ins to see how things have shifted across seasons. Always opt-in.
Auto-generated
A gentle weekly narrative — patterns across mood, sleep, journal, and movement. Hedged, contextual, and never diagnostic.
A day in the life
A "Start Here" card nods at what matters to you — "Find calm right now." "Build your daily habit." One quiet next step.
Voice-log lunch ("chicken rice bowl, large"). Quick mood slider. Your fuel and energy patterns update quietly.
Anxious before a meeting. Open Box Breathing — four cycles of 4-4-4-4, animated circle. One small notch of practice.
Three paragraphs in your journal. With your consent, recurring themes are quietly noticed in the background. No alarms. Just noticing.
A short weekly check-in: five questions, thirty seconds. Then the weekly insights drop — three chapters, hedged, share-card optional.
Mental fitness tools that work together — mood, body, mind, and values.
Mood check-ins, biometric sync, and activity logging — all in one place. See how your mood connects to sleep, activity, and daily rhythms.
Set goals aligned to what matters most. Track progress with streaks, quests, and gentle accountability — never guilt.
Thoughtful, pattern-aware conversations grounded in positive psychology and CBT. Draws on your actual mood history — not generic scripts.
Beautifully written narrative reports that connect your mood, sleep, activity, and journal entries into actionable understanding.
Write freely. Your journal entries stay private and help personalise your insights over time — only ever visible to you.
End-to-end privacy by design. Your data stays yours — export it anytime, delete it instantly. No ads, no selling your data.
Coping tools
Guided practices across nine categories. Step-by-step, with optional voice narration, and a quiet sense of mastery as practices become more familiar — Beginner → Reliable → Go-To → Master.
Sync your biometrics automatically — no manual data entry.
Defensible boundaries
These aren't marketing lines. They're commitments — the shape of the product, by design.

Living peachier
I've been on the beta for a few weeks and it's already changed how I think about my mornings. Seeing my mood alongside my sleep data finally made the connection click.
Other apps made me feel guilty for missing a day. Peachy Life is different — the gentle nudges feel supportive, not like another thing to fail at. Loving the beta so far.
Being part of the beta has been really cool. The team is genuinely responsive to feedback and you can tell they care about getting it right. Excited to see where this goes.
Asked & answered
No. Peachy is a wellness companion — not Software-as-Medical-Device. It's designed to help you notice patterns and build small, sustainable practices, but it never diagnoses, scores against clinical thresholds, or replaces human care. Strengths-first framing, hedged language, and crisis routing are core to how it's built.
Those are great at one slice — meditation libraries or single-feature mood loggers. Peachy weaves mood, journal, sleep, movement, and gentle check-ins into one picture, with an AI companion grounded in your own data. Less content to consume. More self to come home to.
Yes — the core app is free to download and use. Mood tracking, journaling, AI chat, and biometric sync are all included. We may offer optional premium features in future for things like richer weekly insight reports, but the core companion stays free.
The Peachy Life is coming to iOS and Android. For biometrics, we integrate with Apple Health (iPhone), Google Health Connect (Android), and Garmin Connect (both platforms). You don't need a wearable to use the app.
Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties or used for advertising. You can export all your data or delete your account from Settings — no support ticket required. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Crisis support is always one tap away — never gated, never collapsed behind a paywall. Region-aware resources for Australia, the UK, and the US live in the app and on this site. Peachy is a self-care tool, not a crisis service: please also reach out to a person.
Not at all. Wearables enrich the experience by adding sleep, heart rate, and activity data — but the app works beautifully with just mood check-ins and journaling. You can add device integration anytime.
Peachy is grounded in CBT, DBT, and positive-psychology principles, and draws on your actual mood patterns and journal themes — not generic chatbot answers. It's hedged on outcomes, never diagnostic, and it's a self-care tool, not a substitute for professional mental health support. You can choose how Peachy talks to you — Warm & Supportive, Structured & Clear, or A Bit of Both.
